ICICI Bank, India’s second largest bank launched today iMobile, a unique mobile banking platform on mobile phones. iMobile is a breakthrough innovation in banking where practically all internet-banking transactions can now be simply done on mobiles phones. Customers can now transfer funds to ICICI and Non ICICI Bank accounts just with the click of their mobile. The application covers Savings bank, Demat, Credit Card and Loan accounts. Customers can also pay their utility bills and insurance premium through this facility. ICICI Bank offers this facility free of charge to customers.

The application uses ATM pin to auntenticate users on this application for security.Currently ICICI uses mobile banking through SMS ,ICICI has 13 million customers of which 7 million has registered for SMS banking. It sends 20 million SMS alerts to its customers every month.

Customers who are already registered for mobile alerts will be able to download this application by sending an SMS “iMobile” to 56767661. Customers who have GPRS connection will receive a WAP link for activation. Customers who do not have GPRS can download iMobile from ICICI Bank.com on their desktops. It can then be transferred on to their handsets using either Bluetooth or data cable.

Time Magazine has given thumps up to TATA Nano even before its launch Time has mentioned that even if the car itself doesn become top seller, TATA Nano has set benchmark for New generation of cars with glue and innovative materials.This may undo all crappy extras the costly cars come with.

Listing the 12 cars in chronological order, the Time magazine presentation says only these ‘few automobiles have been able to fundamentally change the way we live and dream’. As for the Nano, Time says “India’s ‘people’s car’, as it is already dubbed, is intended to put motoring within reach of Asia’s masses.

At $2,500 it’s hard to see it how it won’t sell, but even if it doesn’t it will become the poster car for a new, stripped-back style of engineering — glue instead of welds! — that could change the world.

Google’s Adsense is a online advertisement program. When you have a website/Blog you can start earning money based on number of users visiting your site.This works in pair with Google’s Adwords.

Google provides ad code to any site owner whose website/blog complies with Adsense program policies(No Adult content,No Extreme Violence or hate).Basically the content should be viewable by a typical family with kids.If you have your blog hosted on blogger ie say its like a xyz3466.blogspot.com then its still better.

Before Applying
Go to www.google.com/adsense apply for an adsense account, you need to provide your site url and also the content type, your email address etc. Make sure your country information is correct as this cant be changed later. For US citizens with SSN your taxes will be deducted for payment from Google so you need to fill some more details,for others need to declare they don’t have any activity in US.If you have Blog on blogger.com Go to Templates click add new page element and click Adsense, then you will be guided to apply for your account.

Site Content
Before applying for the adsense make sure your site is having good enough content, it should minimum of 10 pages with good content. Pages should not be copy paste from other sites. It should be your own content.Nothing should involve Piracy,Adult/Mature and also it must be in English.

Getting Started
Within a week you should get a mail saying either your account is activated or rejected with valid reason, you can either reapply or change your site based on feedback. If your site satisfies the condition I mentioned above there is 99% chance your site will be approved.

Login to your account with email you have registered , click on Adsense setup tab on home page and select Adsense for content and enter a name which you can identify your ads invidually(This is helpful if you are displaying ads on many websites). Copy the Script code and paste it in your website as HTML(code mode).
