Despite all the Commotion going on for the past 2 months around IPL starting with the last minute exclusion of pakistan players by the franchisees at this year auction followed by the tiff between IPL governing council and NBA(National Broadcasters Association) over Media rights for telecasting the IPL match clips in News Channels and finally the whole drama of the last minute withdrawal of the Bidding process for the two new additional teams from IPL 2011 by the BCCI,there is still a sense of a successful IPL this time around in India or to say “Welcome back Indian Premier League to India”.
Its is blessing in disguise for Indian Players once again as another IPL with its bundle of Twenty20 Matches comes before the Twenty20 World cup in West Indies.Hope this time around they dont mess up with player selections having a huge list of injuries or hidden injuries one might say,as it happened at the last year Twenty20 World Cup in England.
Once again we are keeping our fingers crossed,be a Shane Warne’s Magic or Gilchrist’s Dynamics or Sangakarra’s Discipline would lift the IPL Trophy 2010 at the Podium or would it be the Evergreen Sachin lifting the Mumbai Indians this time or Shahrukh-Ganguly Combo works out for the Kolkota Knightriders or the Ageless, tireless servant of Indian Cricket Kumble’s Challengers for Bangalore or is it the Mr.Consistent Gambhir’s Daredevilry for Delhi or our own SuperKing Dhoni for Chennai……
Lets wait and watch the drama or drama of IPL starting Tomorrow,Occupying the Slots of TV Serials and Soaps ,Cinema Release and Theatres for the next one month…

Who is Shadab Jakati – Profile and Picture
Full name : Shadab Bashir Jakati
Born November 27, 1980, Vasco da Gama, Goa
Teams : Chennai Super Kings, Goa
Left-hand batsman and Slow left-arm orthodox
Shadab Jakati – A little known left arm orthodox spinner from Vasco Da gama , Goa. He is 29 year who has not been exciting or hugely successfully till now. The reason could be simply because his state doesnt play in the elite group of Indian Domestic league. The plate group of Indian domestic league is very weak and very few get recognition.
But Jakati had others plans against the Delhi Daredevils on Saturday Clean bowling Sri Lankan T20 Captain Dilshan with a once in a lifetime delivery, then removing Dangerous David Warner and repeated his so called once in a lifetime delivery again to bowl Amit Mishra in his spells last ball.
Jakati finished with figures of 4/24 in his spell of four overs. He attributed his success to his Team Chennai (and Team India) bowling coach Venkatesh Prasad who has been working on jakati from last years IPL. Jakati showed very good vaiations of Pace and Spin and had very good control over his line and length. Also he didnt not wilt under prssure.Hopefully the likes of Jakati,Ohja pushes harbajan to do more for his spot in the team.
