Launch of Windows Live Messenger 2011 Beta

Windows is about to launch a new messenger Beta in 2011. So microsoft has announced that the users will be able to download the test version of the new Instant Messenger code named Wave 4 in June.
This new IM version is social network enabled that allows the users to chat on social networking sites such as MySpace, LinkedIn Facebook and so on.

The current version of Windows Live Messenger was released in January 2009. The new version includes simple privacy settings and also default sharing is disabled.

It is expected that 22 million French users will be prompted to download the public beta version from 2011 to the month of June in France, until the final few weeks.

Opera 10.52 – and its features

Opera has launched its new version browser Opera 10.52 for Mac OS X Systems. As per the news update, Opera 10.52 works 10 times faster than Opera 10.10 version. Firefox and Chrome for Mac already have a tough competition in terms of speed. Opera 10.52 features native Cocoa integration, multi-touch trackpad gestures support, and Growl notification support.

The new Browser version supports multi-touch gestures, it also has Growl notification support, which will give notifications if the download is complete or pop-up is blocked and so on. Apple acquires Virtual Assitant App Siri

As you know Apple is the most spelled word in today’s mobile market as well as in Tablet computers. But Apple wants you to spell even more in front of its device and may be this is the plan from Apple to buy the small but powerful organisation Siri.

Siri is basically involved in developing some virtual applications mainly voice recognition and search programs.Siri is also involved in developing applications for some millitary activities and you can interact with the phone via voice or text like asking information on weather,route,restaurants and also details on other events.

Siri has also developed some iPhone but it works only in US and also it is used by US Defense advance research project agency.Siri is one of the successful industry with artificial intelligence projects.It seems the acquisition deal could be worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 to $200 million.

Apple is trying to acquire many small and powerful organisations in the recent years in the similar way Google is also doing the same.
